Ron Palmer is our Managing Director and prior to consulting held Human Resources Management positions with several industries and organisations.
His 25 years of HR Management experience includes working in the Energy, Airlines, Construction, Resources, Health and Government Sectors and for People Management Icons such as CSR, MBF, ICI, Ansett and Rio Tinto. He has also held HR Management positions with all three tiers of Government in Australia and has held HR Management positions in Australia, USA, UK and Saudi Arabia. He has also worked in the Trade Union movement and understands the needs of blue collar workers having worked early in his career in labouring roles within the mining and construction sectors.
HR Futurist and Innovator, Ron has spoken at HR and Management Conferences in USA, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Korea and written several thought provoking articles and publications on HR subjects over the years. He is also a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and won an AHRI Award for Excellence in 1992.
He has shaken up the HR Professions way of looking at things for more than 25 years and will continue to do so.
