The training is very effective, particularly when it comes to getting Line Managers, for example, to comply with best practice Interviewing and candidate assessment. This very commercially attractive price is truly all inclusive and includes GST, all of our travel and accommodation costs, regardless of where you are located, our design and research time and costs, training manuals for up to 15 people, and completion certificates.

Another popular product are our Customised Interview Sets, where you nominate 20 specific positions within your organisation, and we write 20 Behavioural and Values Questions against each job, a customised set of 400 questions for your organisation. At $1200 a set, ($60 each job), this can also save your organisation a lot of time and add value to your hiring outcomes. For orders of this product we require the job description of each of the 20 jobs, and because of the customised nature of the product, around a 2-week completion turnaround.
